Take a mixer jar put coconut,salt,green chilli and chana mix add water snd grind well.
Take a tarka pan add oil,mustard seeds,hing and curry leaves then tarka add in coconut chutney.
Take a dal and rice wash and soak .
After soaking add salt,methi dana and jaggery grind well and keep a side for fermentation.
Take a sambhar dal wash and soak for 1 hour.
After 1 hour tske a pressure cooker put dal,turmeric,salt add water snd coom.
Take a wok add oil put hing,curry leaves,garlic and onion then add all veggies mix add sambhar masala mix and cook.
After cook veggies and dal mixed and boil for 5 minutes..then add lemon juice.
Take a pan add oil and make a uttapam garnish onion rings and cook for both sides.
Then serve Onion Uttapam,coconut chutney and sambhar
